Our Upcoming Events:
S.I.P. Sumer Wednesdays:— On Wednesday, through the summer months of June, July and August, we meet for a service in Dodge Park in Beverly. We have cleverly named this ministry Summer In the Park. It begins at 7:00 PM and we encourage you to bring a lawn chair and your appetite. We have free food and lots of music. For the children there are puppets, balloon twisters and of course the playground. It all makes for an enjoyable summer evening each Wednesday night.
Our teens have a special meeting on Wednesday as well. They will be meeting at the church in Waterford.
There are other ministries available through the church that will learn about when you visit. These are the main ministries that we believe will give you an opportunity to be introduced to our church. We hope you will visit soon.
VBS = Vacation Bible School- A date you will want to reserve is July 26—30. This is our week for Vacation Bible School. It has been in the planning stages for many months now and everything is ready for a great week of VBS. Please plan on bringing your children for a fun filled week of ministry. We will give you more detail later!
SUNDAY - Each Sunday morning, at 9:00, we have Bible classes for every age group. Starting with the nursery all the way through senior adults. We believe this is a valuable time as folks are able to study the Word together and share what is on their heart and mind. Children especially gain from this time as they hear Bible truths from teachers that love and pray for them. We encourage you to attend whether you are a seasoned reader of the Bible, or even if you’re not sure where to find the index, we think you will enjoy and benefit from this time.
Following this at 10:00 is our Morning Worship service. It would be classified as “casual” and “informal”. There is lots of music and sharing, prayer, fellowship, and of course the preaching of the Word. To answer the all-important question ahead of time, the service usually lasts around an hour and 15 minutes. We think you will enjoy this service and find the people to be very friendly. On all but one of the services each month, the children leave before the preaching for a children’s service.
